1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are personalized, customized, or perishable cannot be returned.
• Any product showing signs of wear or damage by the customer is not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at the time of order. Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued as a bank transfer or equivalent method arranged with Sorento Trend.
• Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
